Directing
and evaluating the implementation of the project development pipeline
to supply gas to the field include Field Engineering , Construction ,
Project Administration and the HSE in order to match the quality of
project implementation ( quality ) , schedule , budget , rules of
corporate governance as well as auditable and accountable .
Coordination to control all the functions associated with the implementation of the project both internally , government and third party so that the project can be implemented on schedule , quality and conditions of the applicable license .
Directing and evaluating the implementation of the project to fit the FEED , Project Engineering Standard Specification and used .
Directing and evaluating the implementation of the project to conform to the EIA & Quantity Risk Assessment ( QRA ) .
Requirements
Educational Background : S2/S1 Mechanical Engineering , Industrial Engineering , Civil Engineering
Capabilities and competencies:
Have knowledge related to pipeline design codes & standards .
Have the relevant skills Project Management .
Have knowledge of HSE related aspects .
Have the knowledge , skills , and the implementation of the gas business and related business chain
experience :
Have a minimum of 8 years experience in the field of Engineering / Maintenance / Project Management / Operations Pipeline
Assistant Planning & Scheduling - Gas ( GASSBD1312 )Responsibilities
Evaluate the number of shipments for the year based on the results of negotiations with the buyer in the establishment 's annual shipment schedules (annual delivery program ) , and quarterly ( 90 - day schedule ) .
Control implementation schedule shipments daily , quarterly , and yearly .
Evaluating the shipping schedule change request of the buyer / seller to ensure the smooth delivery of LNG
Controlling and evaluating the appropriate level simulation LNG inventory refinery production capacity in line with LNG shipment schedule , taking into account the level of production of LNG
Control of manufacturing operations command to load LNG plant in order to ensure smooth delivery of LNG as well as the orderly administration of the shipping documents .

Capabilities and competencies:

Assistant LNG Commercial Area 1 - Gas ( GASSBD1313 )Responsibilities
Collate and analyze both Pertamina LNG marketing strategies own business or government assignment .
Collate and analyze all the data and infrastructure to support the marketing activities of Region I , the territory of Japan , both Pertamina LNG own business or government assignment .
Compile and analyze marketing activities LNG is now running (existing ) and maintain good relations with all buyer for Region I and resolve problems that arise on the sales contract is running .
Collate and analyze packets LNG sales deal accordance with the characteristics of business and target market for Region I as well as other areas such as contracts include short, medium and long .

Commercial Assistant - Gas ( GASSBD1315 )Responsibilities
Evaluating LNG pricing in accordance with the contract of sale and implementation procedures based on the results of the Crude Oil Monitoring System .
Evaluating the billing process to LNG buyers and other parties to the sale of LNG with respect to LNG sales contracts and implementation procedures , and other related contracts .
Control and evaluate the process of payment and billing to a third party at the expense of the sale and transportation of LNG .
Evaluating the process of appointment of a third party and performance evaluation of the implementation of activities related to the sale and transport of LNG .
Control and evaluate " working capital " , as well as oversight of the implementation costs associated with the operation of LNG transportation .

Capabilities and Competencies :

Divestment Assistant - Asset Management ( GADASM1308 )Responsibilities
Formulate basic analysis of the assets including land necessary divested .
Coordinate with Asset Utilization complete the paperwork for the divestment of assets , including land or reported assets including land that could be divested to existing conditions .
Collate , analyze and implement the concept of strategic planning and development of APU thus optimizing utilization of efficient and provide optimum benefits for the company .
Collate , analyze and implement the optimization study APU include Feasibility Studies , Highest and Best Used ( HBU ) Study, Development Master Plan ( Master Plan ) .
Divestment process by way of sale of assets that are no longer viable and are not used by the operating functions
